Our City of Winter Park contact for the lighting project, Keith Moore, recently advised HOA President Scott Sieck that our lighting project is next in line to be worked.  The project currently underway should be complete in about two months.  At that time, the workers will begin work in Winter Park Hills.  Please note that most (all?) of the sticks that marked tenative pole placement can be removed because the curb has been spray painted with orange paint to mark the locations.  Since the sticks and flags are not very attractive, please feel free to remove them form your area.

Holiday Party Info!

The fliers with Holiday Party information have not made it out so here is the full information on the party.  It is THIS Sunday, the 21st, beginning at 7 PM at the home of Scott and Maureen Sieck.  The cost is $5 per person and you are also requested to bring an appetizer or dessert.  Please RSVP as soon as possible by dropping off your name, money,  and e-mail address to Scott and Maureen at 1624 Tioga Trail.  If you have questions, please contact Scott at 407-644-3237.

Just a quick reminder that the Holiday Party is scheduled for the evening of  Sunday, December 21 at the Sieck home.  You will be receiving a flier at your door with all the details and a RSVP form.

The Holiday Party will be on Sunday, December 21 so mark your calendars.  This date was chosen based on the responses that we received.  I am sorry that it didn't work for everyone but this date worked for far more people.  Details will follow as soon as i know them!

Scott and Maureen Sieck have graciously offered their home as the site of this year's Holiday Party.  They are interested in your input as to which of two dates is preferred by the neighborhood.  Please think about your availability and let me know whether you prefer 12/14 or 12/21.  Both dates are Sundays in order to avoid conflicts with the many other  events in December.

Sunday, October 19 is the date of this year's Winter Park Hills Fall Picnic.  The picnic will be held on Tioga from 5-7PM.  The procedure is "as usual".    The cost is $2 per person which will pay for fried chicken, hot dogs for kids, drinks, and paper products.  Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.  You will need to bring chairs or a blanket, too.  Please pay and RSVP to Marilyn Nelson at 2430 Tioga Trail by Friday, October 17 so that I can order the appropriate amount of chicken. I need serving tables if anyone has some that we can use!
