From Interstate-4:

Exit I-4 at Maitland Blvd. East. Travel east to the light at Maitland Avenue. Turn right. South, onto Maitland Avenue. Travel south on Maitland Avenue until the light at Horatio Avenue. Turn left, east, onto Horatio Avenue. You will stay on Horatio Avenue for approximately 2 miles. During this time, Horatio changes names and becomes Howell Branch. Shortly after passing through the second of two lights labeled Temple (Ave. and Trail), you will turn right onto Cochise into Winter Park Hills. Cochise is just beyond Lafayette.

From State Road 436 (Semoran):

From SR436, turn west onto Howell Branch Road. (Howell Branch is north of Aloma and south of Red Bug.) Travel through two lights on Howell Branch Road. Turn left onto Mandan Trail into Winter Park Hills. Mandan is located shortly after entering into Orange County and just after Madeline.
