Per our conversation I have revised the estimated cost per month for the Winter park Hills/Park Pointe Ln. Decorative Light Project. The cost are as follows;

Winter Park Hills; 54 Lots, 22 Dec. Lights = $8.17 per month/per property.

Park Pointe Lane; 13 Lots, 3 Dec. Lights = $4.56 per month/per property.

Scott,

To provide an update, I am prepping the letters for mailing. I anticipate they will go out next week and as I do that I will be staking the preliminary light locations as well. Should you email the homeowners with an update, please let them know these are preliminary and I am open to suggestions with regard to locations. However, staying with the stagger scenario and proper spacing, we need to be aware of the overall layout. As I mentioned during our meeting, there will be a map enclosed that will reflect the suggested placements.
