Hi to all!

Mary Scott Singer, WPHills treasurer, has announced that our account is empty and bills are due to paid.  Dues were never announced and/or collectedfor 2009.  Unfortunately, bills have continued in 2009.  We pay for water, electricity, and maintenance EVERY MONTH on the Cochise landscaped entrance.  There are also costs associated with light replacement and other repairs.  Some of this has been being paid out of people's pockets.  Therefore, we need to go back and collect dues for this year.  Please mail or drop off your $50 fee for this year to Mary Scott Singer at 1616 Tioga (on the southeast corner of Tioga nd Mandan).

Picnic weather is on its way.  The weather is predicted to be perfect for the picnic THIS Sunday from 5-7.  However, response has been very slow.  I realized that several of the dates that we looked at had problems for a number of regular attendees.  If needed, we can try moving this to Sunday, 11/1.  The only problem is that darkness will come early and we will need to start earlier in the day. Another option is to cancel or fold it into the Holdiay Party. So, if you ARE planning to attend this Sunday,  I need to hear from you ASAP.  If I do not get enough response, I will ask for your input on 11/1 or a cancellation.  Please feel free to contact me at thatfloridagirl@gmail.com with your input!!!
